Takesha Bartley

HR Consultant

Takesha is a seasoned HR Consultant.  She utilizes her expertise in HR to evaluate the overall health of organizations, ensuring appropriate organizational structure, and determining strategies for organizational growth and risk mitigation.

Prior to her work as an independent consultant, Takesha spent eight years at the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York where she oversaw the Talent Management and HR Advisory functions. There she served on the Strategic Planning Committee to set and execute Human Resources goals ensuring alignment with the business strategy. Takesha has additionally worked as a Lead Consultant at Marsh & McLennan, Barclays Wealth, and The Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta in talent management where she focused on program development and identifying operational efficiencies.

Takesha holds a Master of Science Degree in Human Resources Management and Development from New York University, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Takesha is also a Senior Certified Professional from the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP).

 In her spare time, Takesha enjoys playing the piano, traveling, and is a certified scuba diver.
