Her work has spanned industries such as information technology, life sciences, medical diagnostics, insurance, engineering, aviation, and government/defense, where she has partnered with leaders and employees worldwide to exceed performance objectives. 

Quionna specializes in talent management strategy, employee performance and productivity, and leadership development. Drawing on her expertise in the principles of the XCHANGE approach, she designs and facilitates dynamic, strengths-based conversations that unlock collective intelligence, align individual and team goals, and inspire actionable outcomes. Her facilitation work is rooted in her belief that transformative change happens when individual, team, and organizational needs are centered and aligned.

Quionna holds a master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Tuskegee University.
