Narkyssa is the HR Coordinator for HRKS. With a strong background in customer relationship management and recruitment coordination, she focuses on enhancing employee engagement and implementing effective recruiting strategies. Narkyssa has a proven record of using CRM software like Salesforce and HubSpot to optimize processes and improve overall efficiency.

She is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science with a concentration in Network Security at Park University, and is excited to integrate her technical knowledge into her HR practices.

Outside of work, she has a passion for cooking and loves exploring different cuisines. She has traveled to over 50 states and countries, which has broadened her perspective and deepened her cultural understanding.
