Leah Garber

Born and raised just outside of the Motor City, Leah has spent the majority of her career in the automotive manufacturing and logistics industries. She has served as a change agent within well-established businesses and helped build an international company from scratch. Leah strongly believes that an effective human resources professional must understand the business and, to gain that understanding, has held leadership roles in manufacturing and transportation operations, purchasing and ISO compliance and has closely supported marketing and business development functions. She enjoys partnering with operational leaders to uncover areas for improvement and develop and implement plans of corrective action. Leah is an all-around HR Generalist with specialized areas of expertise in process and policy development, performance management, safety, and employee and labor relations.

Leah achieved her Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Development from Oakland University and is currently in the process of obtaining her Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan. Outside of work, Leah enjoys gardening, ballroom dancing and traveling the world with her partner.
