Ersula May is a multifaceted, influential, and empathetic leader with a strong passion and desire to improve people management, customer satisfaction and business operations. During her 18-year career span, she has proven cross-functional expertise in the specialized areas of talent acquisition, human resources operations, finance/accounting, internal controls and audit, safety, and security. Ersula served in various Human Resource and Talent Acquisition roles for 7 years in the K-12 public education and private industries providing guidance and services in the disciplines of recruitment, strategic staffing, performance management, training and development, and employee relations. Ersula earned a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Economics from the University of California, Davis and a master’s degree in Human Resource Administration from Central Michigan University.
