Elise Tapper

Elise has been working in Human Resources for over 20 years, leading and executing client engagements in the areas of human resources strategy and transformation, talent management and acquisition, change management, organization development and effectiveness, performance management, as well as leadership development and succession planning. She has specific experience in working with start-up environments and building out infrastructure to meet business requirements. Elise earned a BA in Psychology from Pace University and a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University. In her spare time, Elise enjoys reading, traveling, and volunteering with both local and international grass roots organizations.
