Don Myhan

Don Myhan is a graduate of the University of Alabama with a B.S. Degree in Industrial Relations.  He also holds a M.A. Degree in Human Resource Management from the Keller Graduate School of Business.  He has over 40 years experience leading Human Resources in companies such as Molex, Monsanto, Metaldyne, and Preferred Compounding Corporation.

He is an accomplished organizational culture change professional, and has extensive experience in leadership development, workforce engagement, labor relations, compensation & benefits, succession planning and performance management.  He is certified in leadership assessments and intervention processes for leadership.

Don and his wife, Kaye, have two grown children and two grandchildren, and live in the Hilton Head, SC area.  In his spare time, Don is a fused glass artist and plays cello with the Beaufort Symphony Orchestra.
